J. Kala & Associates, Chartered Accountants Established in 1998

A dynamic and versatile professional whose career spans multiple domains. With over two decades of experience, he has provided expert advisory, planning, and compliance services to corporate clients, particularly in the area of income tax. A distinguished leader in the CA community, Mr. Kala has served as a Regional Council Member of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the term 2019-2022. During his tenure, he held key roles, including Treasurer in 2021-2022 and WICASA Chairman in 2019-2020. He has also chaired and vice-chaired several committees within WIRC and has been an active member of various committees for nearly a decade.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Kala is a renowned speaker at numerous seminars, conferences, and educational events organized by ICAI and other organizations. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and has been an influential voice in the CA community, contributing to the growth and development of young professionals.
Apart from his professional engagements, Mr. Kala is deeply committed to social causes. He has actively mentored young entrepreneurs and Chartered Accountants, offering guidance on establishing their own practices and ventures. He also served as a Visiting Faculty at Elphinstone College and Kamla Mehta College in Mumbai, where he taught Taxation and Financial Accounting.
